Microsoft have said that the issue starts after installing Office for Mac 16.63 update. If you go into the preferences, you’ll be unable to see any signatures, and when you write a new email, there are no signatures to apply. If you’re using the New Outlook on a Mac, and your Outlook has upgraded itself to version 16.63 (currently the latest version), then there may be an issue where all of your email signatures disappear.
